Agroecological Risk Assessment Based on Coupling of Water and Land Resources—A Case of Heihe River Basin

In the arid zone of northwest China, Heihe River Basin (HRB), as a typical inland river basin, has fragile regional ecological environment, obvious degradation characteristics, and extremely serious problems in utilization agricultural land resources. Meanwhile, shortage water resources, low reduction quality, excessive activities have greatly increased local pressure. this paper, firstly, using Malmquist DEA model coupling coordination degree model, agroecological risk assessment system on account resources (WLR) is constructed. Secondly, taking HRB from 1995 to 2020 an example, we carry out spatial correlation analysis based risk-correlated WLR. Thirdly, analyze evolution process WLR at county scale, then conclude put forward policy suggestions for improvement. The results show that: (1) On whole, average was 0.933, indicating that declining; 0.938, declining also. (2) soil upstream rise, while middle lower reaches decline. (3) Through panel analysis, matching suitability drives risk. between them positive. conclusion, method can effectively evaluate provide technical support production management areas.
